Mr. Nagaraj Shetty is a professional with over two decades of experience in banking and finance, holding pivotal roles at industry giants like HSBC, JP Morgan, RBL Bank, and fintech startups. Renowned for his strategic “3 P’s” approach—People, Process, and Policy—he has driven operational efficiency, growth, and sustainability in every organisation he has served. An entrepreneur at heart and a passionate philanthropist, Nagaraj has been honoured with prestigious accolades such as “40 Under 40” and “CRO of the Year.” He also balances his professional achievements with active volunteerism and advocacy for human rights and community welfare.
Sachin Kumar
Director
Mr. Sachin Kumar brings over 18 years of experience in the fintech industry, excelling in technology, software development, product innovation, sales, and distribution. As a key leader at FINO Payments Bank since 2010, he led the channel sales and distribution team in Uttar Pradesh, significantly expanding banking services and spearheading impactful projects like the BC Sakhi initiative for the Government of Uttar Pradesh, which became a national success story. A graduate of IIM Mumbai (formerly NITIE), Sachin combines his expertise in software and technology with a visionary approach to organisational growth.
Ronak Chaudhary
Director
Mr. Ronak Choudhary currently serves as Director at Avensprint Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he oversees the implementation of effortless toll-collection solutions through FASTag and the development of secure, seamless payment gateway services. Before joining Avensprint, Ronak was Managing Director at Beyond Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. and served as Director/General Manager for STEELMONT DWC LLC in Dubai. With extensive experience in fintech, energy, and global business leadership, Ronak brings a strategic perspective that drives Avensprint’s growth and commitment to delivering innovative solutions.
